June 1986 Established Nippon Crental Co., Ltd. in Ritto-city, Shiga-prefecture with 10,000,000 JPY in capital stock.
February 1997 Nippon Crental Co., Ltd. moved head office from Ritto-city, Shiga-prefecture to Minami-ku, Kyoto-city.
March 2006 Established Nissal Logistics Co., Ltd. in Ritto-city, Shiga-prefecture with 20,000,000 JPY in capital stock.
February 2007 Nissal Logistics Co., Ltd. increased capital stock to 50,000,000 JPY.
March 2009 Nissal Logistics Co., Ltd. increased capital stock to 80,000,000 JPY.
June 2010 Nippon Crental Co., Ltd. changed company name to Asia Machinery Solutions.
November 2010 Nissal Logistics Co., Ltd. established Minakuchi Sales Office.
